As a client of Mainline Ad Agency, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the execution of our services.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and advertising content.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Mainline Ad Agency, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and strategies, remain the intellectual property of Mainline Ad Agency until full payment for services is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service contract or agreement.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may result in additional charges or interest.

Confidentiality

Mainline Ad Agency respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your confidential information. Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice under the following conditions:

  • Breach of any term outlined in this agreement.

  • Mutual agreement to terminate the services.

  • Termination by the client requires full payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

Mainline Ad Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms or related to our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms and Policies

Mainline Ad Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
